Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the following policy:


Returns:

  • You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).


How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return and a return authorization if necessary.
  3. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.


Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.


Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund or offer store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, as well as any price difference for the new item. We will typically cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item back to you.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit. We will cover all associated shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
